update the "BILLING_SITE" and "OFFICIAL_SITE" entries to not be pioneer2.
or not. might be fun to send complaints to them and just not tell anyone.

also it would be nice to edit the .dll/launcher to have a separate namespace so it doesn't clobber the ephinea/unseen/whatever keys
